1. Who We Are

Yapese Pictionary is an educational language-learning game published by Stonepath that helps people learn Yapese vocabulary through pictures, audio, and short cultural notes.

2. Information We Collect

We try to collect as little data as possible. The app uses Supabase as its backend for accounts, gameplay progress, and the community leaderboard.

2.1 Account Information

If you create an account or sign in with email, Google, or Facebook, we store:

• Your email address.
• A display name that you choose.
• An optional profile picture or avatar if you choose to upload one.
• A unique user ID generated by Supabase.
• The OAuth provider you used to sign in, such as Google or Facebook.

The current app requires an account so your progress, purchases, and leaderboard entry can be saved.

2.2 Gameplay Data

We store the following so progress and leaderboards can work:

• Levels completed and current level.
• Gem balance, hearts, and daily streak.
• Earned badges and ad-free status if purchased.
• Timestamp of your last daily reward claim.
• Leaderboard fields such as display name, optional avatar, gem total, streak, and rank.

2.3 Purchases

If you make an in-app purchase, the payment is processed by Google Play. We never see or store your card details. We only record the result of the purchase, such as the item bought, amount, and a Google Play purchase token or transaction reference, so we can credit your account.

2.4 Device Information

The app reads basic device state required for it to function, such as network connectivity and audio output. If you choose a profile picture, the app uses the system image picker so you can select one image to upload as your avatar. We do not collect IMEI, contacts, location, your full photo library, or other personal device data.

2.5 Advertising

The app includes the Google AdMob SDK. AdMob may collect a per-device advertising identifier, such as the Android Advertising ID, to serve ads. Google's privacy policy applies to that data: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

2.6 Analytics

We do not use Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party behavioural analytics SDK.

3. How Your Data Is Used

We use the data above only to:

• Save and sync your gameplay progress across sessions and devices.
• Show you on the community leaderboard using your display name, optional avatar, gem total, streak, and rank, but not your email address.
• Process purchases through Google Play.
• Improve game balance and fix bugs with anonymous aggregates.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Children's Privacy

The app is suitable for children but is not specifically targeted at children under 13. If you are a parent and believe a child under 13 has created an account, please email us at stonepath73@outlook.com and we will delete the account on request.

5. Data Retention And Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time:

1. Email stonepath73@outlook.com from the address linked to your account.

We will permanently delete your account, leaderboard entry, and gameplay records within 30 days of receiving the request.

6. Security

Account data is stored on Supabase infrastructure protected by row-level security policies. Communication between the app and our backend uses HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we follow standard practice and keep dependencies updated.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, such as the EU, UK, or California, you may have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your data.
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent for any optional processing.
